Care advice
Cleaning:
To preserve the brightness of your pieces, it is very important to clean them often. We advise you to do that with a soft and dry cloth.
Storage:
It is recommended to store your jewelries individually in its original box to avoid any damage; contact with other objects may scratch it.
Savoir faire
Creation: This collection is monobloc, built entirely through the process of melting. The oval cut diamond has a specific inclination so that the stone is perfectly positioned between the fingers.
Paving/Setting : The diamonds are inserted in a very specific way, called a “serti descendu”. These are small grimps and not grains. There is less metal around the stone allowing it to shine more. The claws holding the diamond have a very peculiar shape, with flat angles to reflect the light better (called “bec d´aigle”). The bezel has a specific shape: Eiffel tower bezel with only 3 claws. The metal is very lightly visible, giving an impression of a "floating diamond". The position of each stone is essential, and a lot of attention is given to it. Each grain must be made in a consistent way and positioned coherently to the paved stones on the same line with precision so that the light is reflected correctly.
Polish: Mirror polishing must be performed with great care, to not cut the corners or alter the movement of the gold thread and the reflection of the light on the gold surface.
This is an essential step as it is more difficult to polish square shapes as compared to round shapes. The shape of the rings must not be deformed, with sharp and tense angles.
Assembly: Each row has a specific diameter to give the impression of a turning thread.
It must not be symmetric as naturally nothing is the same or symmetric.
