Yes, when placing your order, you will have the "gift order" option. You can add a message that will be handwritten on a Repossi card, or receive a blank card. A gift bag will also be included in the package.

Your Repossi jewelleries are shipped in a case specific to the Maison, then in a carefully packaged signature box. You will also find a certificate of authenticity.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an order once it has been validated. However, you can cancel it as long as it has not been shipped and place a new order. To do so, please contact our customer service at a customerservice@repossi.com

This happens randomly for payment verification purposes. If so, please provide them with the requested documents; this will allow us to ship your order as quickly as possible.

While REPOSSI cannot guarantee a delivery time, we provide the following general shipping guidelines: Orders are shipped within 1 or 2 business days and will generally be delivered within 7 business days for Europe and 15 business days outside of Europe from the date of order confirmation.

We will send you an email containing a link to track your order. Shipments are handled by FedEx or DHL.

Customs service’s pay particular attention to jewellery items. In some instances, they may request additional information from the end customer, including personal data. Please be aware that they may hold your package until they receive a response from you.

There are three main categories of gemstones used in jewellery:
1. Precious stones: diamond, ruby, sapphire, and emerald.
2. Fine stones: amethyst, tourmaline, etc.
3. Ornamental stones – or hard stones, such as malachite, turquoise, or mother-of-pearl.
At Repossi, we mainly use precious stones – diamonds, emeralds, and sapphires – as well as ornamental stones.

At Repossi, the highest quality diamonds are selected one by one. Each stone is unique. Each pear-shaped diamond is individually checked, with a quality ranging from F+ to G+ depending on the model. All stones above 0.50 ct are certified by a laboratory. Pavé diamonds follow very precise characteristics according to the criteria of excellence of Place Vendôme. They have a quality of F+, G+. Repossi is a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).

If you would like to have your jewellery engraved, we invite you to visit a Repossi boutique or send your jewellery directly to us in Paris with proof of purchase date. Engraving is complimentary for the first three months after purchase. For any questions, please contact our customer service at customerservice@repossi.com.

Engraved jewelleries cannot be exchanged or refunded. Therefore, it is not possible to return them. Thank you for your understanding.

To ensure the longevity of your Repossi jewellery and the brilliance of its stones, we recommend cleaning it regularly. For this, we invite you to visit one of our Repossi boutiques, where our team will take care of it.

It is not necessary to have your jewellery polished regularly; however, it is essential to have it checked and cleaned very regularly in our boutiques.

To preserve your jewellery piece daily, we recommend: Always place it on a soft surface and store it in its original box or a felt pouch. Avoid wearing it during certain activities (sports, gardening, housework, dishwashing, etc.). Avoid all contact with other creations or sharp, abrasive, and metallic objects, as well as with perfume, alcohol, cosmetic products, ammonia, and chlorine. Avoid wearing a creation with stones or pearls when washing your hands with soap. Avoid exposing it to intense heat sources and extreme temperature variations. Handle clasps with care and have the stone settings checked if the creation has been subjected to a shock or impact to prevent any risk of stones falling out. Wear your pearls regularly to keep them beautiful. To clean your creation, wash it in lukewarm water with mild, pH-neutral soap and a soft brush, then dry with a soft cloth. However, for stones other than diamonds, it is recommended that you bring your piece to a store for careful cleaning.

You have 30 days to request an exchange due to incorrect size by contacting our customer service at customerservice@repossi.com and/or visiting our boutique at Place Vendôme.
